Latin Works

This is definitely a strange one, but I have to admit, it is pretty funny. Middle school dances were always very awkward, and Latin Works was able to recreate a scene from one so well that it actually makes the audience feel a bit awkward just watching it. The kid they got to star in the ad is great. His strange way of walking and his slightly too big suit make him fit the role of an awkward teenager perfectly. The idea of making the ad so far from being about the BBQ sauce was very creative, but at the same time may not have done enough to advertise the actual product. It seems like they may have spent too much time trying to get people to laugh, and not enough time meeting the marketing goals of the client.
